2.0\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u5957\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u67e5\u7a0e\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5bf9\u539f\u6709\u5171\u540c\u7533\u62a5\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u5347\u7ea7\u3002\u6838\u5fc3\u53d8\u5316\u6709\u4e09\uff1a\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u6570\u5b57\u8d44\u4ea7\u2014\u2014\u5305\u62ec\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u3001\u7a33\u5b9a\u5e01\u3001NFT\u2014\u2014\u9996\u6b21\u88ab\u7eb3\u5165\u5f3a\u5236\u62a5\u544a\u8303\u56f4\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u53cc\u91cd\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u518d\u9009\u62e9\u53ea\u5411\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f96\u533a\u7533\u62a5\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u5fc5\u987b\u5411\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u8f96\u533a\u540c\u6b65\u62a5\u9001\u4f60\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u9700\u8981\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5e76\u62ab\u9732\u8d26\u6237\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u9645\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7BVI\u6216\u5f00\u66fc\u79bb\u5cb8\u67b6\u6784\u9690\u533f\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u57fa\u672c\u884c\u4e0d\u901a\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f60\u7684\u54ea\u4e9b\u8d44\u4ea7\u4f1a\u88ab\u4ea4\u6362\uff1f\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u94f6\u884c\u5b58\u6b3e\u3001\u8bc1\u5238\u3001\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u4fdd\u9669\u4fdd\u5355\uff0c\u5168\u90e8\u5728\u7533\u62a5\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d44\u4ea7\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u8ba1\u5212\u81ea2027\u5e74\u8d77\u542f\u52a8\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\uff0c2028\u5e74\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u5f00\u5c55\u81ea\u52a8\u4fe1\u606f\u4ea4\u6362\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u4f60\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u6301\u724c\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f1a\u88ab\u62a5\u9001\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u62e5\u6709\u53cc\u91cd\u56fd\u7c4d\u6216\u4e24\u5730\u8eab\u4efd\u2014\u2014\u6bd4\u5982\u5185\u5730\u6237\u7c4d\u52a0\u9999\u6e2f\u6c38\u5c45\u2014\u2014CRS 2.0\u8981\u6c42\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u5411\u4f60\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u6240\u5728\u5730\u62a5\u9001\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5185\u5730\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u90fd\u4f1a\u6536\u5230\u540c\u4e00\u5957\u6570\u636e\u3002\u4e24\u5730\u8eab\u4efd\u4e0d\u518d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u8fb9\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCRS 2.0\u8981\u6c42\u7533\u62a5\u6240\u6709\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u9700\u5411\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u8f96\u533a\u540c\u6b65\u62a5\u9001\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5835\u4f4f\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u6f0f\u6d1e\u3002\u201d\u2014\u2014\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u548c\u4e2d\u79fb\u6c11\u5b98\u7f51\uff0c2026-04-09<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u5185\u5730\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c40\u6536\u5230\u4f60\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u8d44\u4ea7\u4fe1\u606f\u540e\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u67e5\u7a0e\u6216\u8865\u7a0e\u5417\uff1f\u77ed\u671f\u5185\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u3002CRS\u4ea4\u6362\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u8d26\u6237\u4f59\u989d\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u6536\u76ca\u3001\u5229\u606f\u3001\u80a1\u606f\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4fe1\u606f\u901a\u62a5\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u76f4\u63a5\u89e6\u53d1\u7a0e\u52a1\u7a3d\u67e5\u3002\u4f46\u503c\u5f97\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5185\u5730\u7a0e\u52a1\u673a\u5173\u62ff\u5230\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u540e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u81ea\u5df1\u638c\u63e1\u7684\u56fd\u5185\u7eb3\u7a0e\u7533\u62a5\u4fe1\u606f\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u53c9\u6bd4\u5bf9\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53d1\u73b0\u660e\u663e\u5dee\u5f02\u2014\u2014\u6bd4\u5982\u5883\u5185\u7533\u62a5\u6536\u5165\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u5883\u5916\u5374\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u91d1\u878d\u8d44\u4ea7\u2014\u2014\u88ab\u7ea6\u8c08\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u5c31\u4f1a\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u613f\u610f\u6df1\u8bfb\u7684\u8bfb\u8005\uff0c\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u653f\u7b56\u52a8\u5411\u503c\u5f97\u7559\u610f\u3002OECD\u5168\u7403\u8bba\u575b\u6301\u7eed\u5bf9\u5404\u8f96\u533a\u7684CRS\u5408\u89c4\u8868\u73b0\u505a\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u8bae\uff0c\u8bc4\u7ea7\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u8f96\u533a\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u58f0\u8a89\u4e0e\u878d\u8d44\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u53cc\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u8fd9\u6b21\u7acb\u6cd5\u5347\u7ea7\uff0c\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u7ef4\u6301\u5176\u56fd\u9645\u91d1\u878d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5730\u4f4d\u3002BVI\u548c\u5f00\u66fc\u7fa4\u5c9b\u5df2\u4e8e2026\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u6b63\u5f0f\u6267\u884cCRS 2.0\u65b0\u89c4\uff0c2027\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u7533\u62a5\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u79bb\u5cb8\u67b6\u6784\u6301\u6709\u9999\u6e2f\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u7a7f\u900f\u8def\u5f84\u5df2\u7ecf\u6253\u901a\u2014\u2014\u9999\u6e2f\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u9700\u8981\u62ab\u9732\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u9645\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\uff0cBVI\/\u5f00\u66fc\u540c\u6b65\u6267\u884c\u65b0\u89c4\uff0c\u4fe1\u606f\u5728\u4e24\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u4ea4\u6362\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--
